It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Edward Dodrill (Johnstown, Ohio), born in Nelsonville, Ohio, who passed away on June 5, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Dodrill and Stella Dodrill (Hale); his son Kevin Dodrill; his siblings, Elwood (Anita), Ted (Isabelle), Loren (Margaret), Robert (Dorothy), Jim Dodrill, Wilma Swartz, Louise Cooperider (Fred) and Eileen Bonner (Henry); and his brother-in-law William Layman.
He is survived by: his brother Joe; his wife Mary Dodrill (Montgomery); his daughters, Paula Dodrill-Evans, Crystal McFellin (Jerry) and Holly Dodrill; his grandchildren, Blake Linger, Natalie Whitson (Randy), Lauren McFellin-Retzlaff and Brandon McFellin; his great grandchildren, Ellie Whitson, Laila McFellin, Scarlette Retzlaff and Jameson Retzlaff; his siblings, Tim Dodrill Jr. (Virginia), Jack Dodrill (Becky) and Mary Layman; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Montgomery and Vicki Dodrill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and his special buddy cat.
