He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. James B. and Nancy Heininger. He is survived by: his siblings, Amy Lu Heininger, Julie (Jeff German) and Andy (Marie Heininger); his nieces and nephews, Katherine, Carol, Sarah, Abigail, Nathanael (Kelly), Gordon and Samuel; and also, Hazel and Jack.
