He is survived by: his wife Paula Miller; his children, Jack Dean Miller II (Andrea), Melanie Lovett (Brett), Allan Dolby (Hanna) and Shade Miller (Kelly); his grandchildren, Megan, Leigha, Maddie, J. D., Allan, Alex, Dylan, Silas, Gavin and Jayce; and his brothers, William (Holly), Allen (Janet) and Donald (Dorinda).
