She is survived by: her children, Catherine Costlow, Deborah (Jeff Rininger), Davidsville, Benny (Melinda Pisarczyk) and Mary Donna (Rick Cummings); her siblings, Patricia Mattimore, Anna Tomak, Josephine Wilson and Raymond; her grandchildren, Kristin, Luke (Jana Rininger), Dana (Wilson Hawes), Aaron (Breanna Kawa) and Matthew (Kevin Cummings); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Gabriel Kawa, James Anthony Hawes, Micah Cummings and Ayva Hale-Cummings.
