He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Horn and Mabel P. Horn (Cox); and his siblings, John E. Horn, William R. Horn, Woodrow M. Horn and Linda Louise Horn.
He is survived by: his daughter DeLaney Robinson (Spencer) of Johnstown; his grandchildren, McKenzie, McKayla, McKenna and McKenleigh; his sister Cindy Trusler (Joe) of Newark; his sister-in-law Susan Horn of Johnstown; his aunt Arlene Sparks of Troy; and his friends, Mark Potts, Donnie Hall and Shelby Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
