Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donna Fischer of Johnstown, Ohio, born in Philo, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 84, on August 4, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Cowan and Viola Cowan (Sloan); her husband Peter Fischer; her daughter Cynthia Hicks; and her siblings, Elmer, James Cowan, Ella Knight, Leona Rogers, Audrey Perry and Brenda Bell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Delores "Ginger" Krupp (Steve) and Rebecca Taylor (Danny Stein); and her siblings, Ronald Steinhour, Delores Cowan and Patricia Bennett (Donald). She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
