He is survived by: his parents, Roger Kane and Donna Lee; his wife Amy (Lieb); his brother Jon Kane (Cynthia); his daughter Samantha Henderson; his stepdaughter Samantha Lieb; his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Thomas, Madison, Orion, Travis and Trevor; his parents-in-law, Bill and Sharon Lieb; and his brother-in-law Aaron Lieb (Emily).
The family prefers that memorial contributions be directed to the funeral home to help defray his final expenses.
