He is survived by: his sisters, Lisa Gray, Jackie Hendrix and Mary Hendrix; his children, Ashleigh Hendrix (DeAndre Claring), Wesley Michael Kernya (Marissa) and Zachary Scott; his grandchildren, Brinlee Taylor, Braxton Taylor, Jace Claring, Kaydyn Kernya, Preston Kernya and Freyja Kernya; his sister Louann Firman; his nephew Allen Pheifrer; and his great-niece Amanda Pheifrer.
