Usenick Merkins; his children, Kristi Adams (Shelby), Kathlean Vanemon (Donald), Kristopher Merkins (Jessica), Angela Hunter (Jason), Mellissa Skonecy (Mike) and Tyler Usenick (Bryton); and his sister Sheri Baker (Randy). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
