She was predeceased by: her parents, David Thompson and Lois Berry Thompson; her husband Joseph John Asmo Jr.; and her siblings, Barbra Drabic, Phylis Wren and Eddie Berry.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Melchiori (John) of Westerville, Jody Sahr (Joe) of Columbus and Mike Thompson (Tammy) of Rumley, Ohio; and her siblings, David Thompson (Nancy), Bill Thompson (Marilyn) and Faye Basnett (Mike). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
