She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Heavlin; her children, Mike Blake (Stephanie) of Madison, Ohio, Teri Rutter (Don) of Cadiz, Ohio and Holly Williams (Nate) of Cadiz, Ohio; her grandchildren, Sidney (Dakota), Shelby (Tyler), Dalton (Amanda), Jake, Elisha, Jessica (Jared), Mitchell (Kim), Lucas (Bayleigh), Nick, Arianna, Brianna, Emma, Olivia and Lincoln; and her great grandchildren, Kamree, Brayden, Ella, Tripp, Greyson, Joely, Makenna, Corey, Clarissa, Lennix, Andrew, Daniel, Vivian and Everett.
