She is survived by: her parent Mary Williams Myers; her husband Gary Dowdle; and her children, Peggy Arthurs (Todd) of Bowerston, OH, Brenda Kimball (Bruce) of St. Robert, MO, Michael Winland (Rebecca) of Strasburg, OH and Mark Winland of Glenmore, OH. She is also survived by grandchildren and twenty four great-grandchildren.
