She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth J. Hebenstreit, and Helena C. Hebenstreit, Sr.; and her siblings, Julia Hebenstreit, Kenneth J. Hebenstreit Jr. and William B. Hebenstreit.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jody Hebenstreit, Caroline Halbrook-Woods, Katie Halbrook-Purvis and Charlotte Halbrook; and her siblings, Lenore Hebenstreit Repel, Grace Hebenstreit Brummel, Janet Hebenstreit Tavakoli, Patricia Sevening-Killion and Mark Hebenstreit.
