He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Cologie and Dorothy Frances Ledger Cologie; and his daughter Rhonda Mary Cologie. He is survived by: his wife Lana J. Dodd Cologie; his children, Kevin Cologie of East Cadiz, Lonnie Cologie (Lisa) of Jewett and Debbie Kellar (Doug) of Albion, Michigan; his grandchildren, Jesse, Morgan, Mackenzie, Tristan, Sydney and Cierra; his great grandchild Lakin; and his siblings, Robert E. Cologie of Cadiz, Joseph J. Cologie of Cadiz and Rebecca Kidder of Cadiz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorial contributions to the Harrison County Dog Pound Volunteers, 82900 Toot Road, Cadiz, Ohio 43907.
