He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stark and Margaret "Peg" Richards Stark; his siblings, Ronald, James Stark and Sally Torchik; and his son-in-law Thomas Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Meneely Stark; his children, Tami Carter of Cadiz, Stacy Woods (Rick) of New Rumley, Kim Stark (Desiree) of Aurora and Dusty Stark of Martins Ferry; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Kaci, Katora, Brooklyn, Remington and Aiden.
