He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Davidson and Bessie Bonifant Davidson. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Elson Davidson; his sons, John Davidson, Jr. (Samantha) of Baltic and Lew Davidson (Carrie) of Dennison; his grandchildren, Chris, Jacob and Justin; his great grandchildren, Ryan, Liam, Alina, Jarret and Gideon; and his siblings, Tammy Miller (Darrin) of Carrollton and Buddy Merrin (Flora) of Richmond. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews.
