She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Manbeck and Beatrice Eaton Manbeck; and her husband William M. Welsh. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Welsh (Melanie) of Bloomingdale, William Welsh (Jodi) of Toronto and Sonya Welsh of Jewett. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
