He is survived by: his daughter Vickie Betts of Jerusalem; his grandchildren, Larry Phillips (Mercy) of Beallsville and Cheryl Moore of Jerusalem; his great grandchildren, Joshua Ault, Andrew, Katherine, Levi, Vincent and Kevin Phillips; and his great great grandchild Remington Ault.
