He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kinney and Miriam Giffin Kinney; and his brothers, Joe Kinney and Bob Kinney. He is survived by: his nephew Jonathan Kinney; his wife Dyann Detling Kinney; his children, Jerrod Kinney (Kaitlin) of Malaga, Jordan Kinney (Cara McBruney) of Bethesda and Ryan Kemp of Jerusalem; his grandchildren, Brody, Aliza and Malone; and his siblings, Donna Baker (Joe) of Somerton, Cecil Kinney (Kaylan Isaly) of Beallsville, Patti McPherson (Michael) of Parkersburg and Brian "BJ" Kinney (Nicole) of Jerusalem. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
