He is survived by: his wife Vickie Mercer Betts of Jerusalem, Ohio; his daughters, Sharon Huffman of Woodsfield and Darlene Sims (Dan) of Woodsfield; his stepchildren, Larry Phillips of Beallsville and Cheryl Moore of Jerusalem; his grandchildren, Richard Huffman, Chad Huffman, Josh Ault and Lauren Sims; and his siblings, Eva Jean Sampson of Bethesda, Robert Betts of Somerton, Kenny Betts of West Virginia and Sheryl Pierce of Barnesville.
