We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2018, at the age of 88, Lyle Phillips (Jerusalem, Ohio), born in Oregon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wives, Gloria Jean Phillips (Takacs) and Alice Phillips (Landis); his daughter Vickie Avery; his grandson Brian Reiff; and his siblings, Glenn Phillips, Dale Phillips, Evelyn Nissen, Edith Carter and Arleen Ditmeyer.
He is survived by: his children, Lee Phillips (Mary), Mark Phillips (Debra), Sue Spychalski (Bryan) and Darren Phillips (Denise); his stepchildren, Terry Reiff (Shelley) and Gary Reiff; and his sister Bonnie DeStefeno (John). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
