She was predeceased by: her husband Jason; her mother-in-law Susan Abde (Cready); her grandparents, Ronald, Loretta Henneman and Norman Smith; and her stepgrandfather Elroy Dunmyer.

She is survived by: her parents, Donald Smith and Tina Smith (Henneman); her children, Michael and Maddy Cook; her grandson Jaxson Cook; her grandmother Phyllis Dunmyer; her stepgrandmother Barb Henneman; her siblings, Jenny Knorr (Andy) and Thomas Smith (Julie); her sister-in-law Jessica Tobias (Brian); her nieces and nephews, Brendan, Riley, Andrew Knorr, Grant, Jaylin, Malani Smith, Henry and Griffen Tobias; and her great-niece Lainey. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and sister friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to her children at any Sun Federal location.
