She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bach and Mary Miller Bach; her husband Cecil Willard Saffell; and her sister Jo Ann Kean. She is survived by: her children, Gary Saffell (Regina) of New Martinsville, WV, Charles Saffell of Woodsfield, OH and Mary Ann Williams (David) of Sardis, OH; her grandsons, Nathan and Jason Williams; and her nephew Tony Chappell.
