He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James "Jim" Mellott and Judy Stephens Mellott; his wife Cameron Stimpert Mellott; his daughter Shealyn Marie Mellott; his siblings, Tommy Mellott (Cassie), Cody Mellott (Mariah) and Hope Mellott; his nieces, Lilly Mellott and MaeLee Mellott; his nephew Dalton Fulton; his parents-in-law, Darrell and Cheryl Stimpert; and his former wife Chastity Mellott. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers and keepsakes, Jimmy's family requests that donations be made in his memory to a project that was very special to him initiated by the Monroe County Sheriff's office.
