He was predeceased by: his daughter Shelly Marie Chapman; and his siblings, Gayle Liner, Bonnie Chapman, Danny Chapman and Corie Burzynski.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy (McVicker); his children, Kevin Chapman (Linda) and Vicki Slinker (Richard Nadeau); his grandchildren, Cody, Sam Slinker (Mya Plettl), Loni Baker and Remington Logan; his great grandchildren, Desiree Slinker, Brantley Slinker and Lydia Slinker; and his brother Jerry Chapman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
