He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kettlewell and Bessie Kettlewell (Donner); his brothers, Richard Kettlewell of Moundsville and James Kettlewell of Pennsylvania; his nephew Ritchie Kettlewell (David Eddy) of Seneca Lake; and his brother-in-law Charles Eddy.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Kettlewell; his sons, Harry Jay Kettlewell (Sharon) of Cambridge, Robert Kettlewell (Tarrin) of Jerusalem and Daniel Kettlewell (Diane) of Byesville; his grandchildren, Dustin Kettlewell, Jessica Kettlewell of Barnesville and Kara Kettlewell of Jerusalem; and his siblings, Barbara Eddy of Belmont, Virginia Kettlewell of Morristown and William Kettlewell (Esther) of St. Clairsville.
