He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Keith Cunningham; and his grandparents, Shelva Jean Gatten, Thomas and Marjorie Cunningham. He is survived by: his mother Tammy Hutchison; his children, Keegan Alexander Cunningham and Layla Jo Cunningham; his siblings, Kimberly Sue "Susie" Cunningham, Dana May Conrad (Richard), Daniel Keith Cunningham Jr. and Dannelle Denise Ostrich; and his grandfather John Gatten. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
