He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl F. Rousenberg Jr. and Bondalee Mae Sloan Rousenberg; his siblings, Charles Rousenberg, Clinton Rousenberg and Rebecca Rousenberg; and his son-in-law Troy Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Lya Lynn Haley Rousenberg; his children, Cara Wilson (Greg) of Jerusalem, Gina Taylor of Woodsfield, Shana Hartley (Doug) of Lewisville, Ohio and Aaron Rousenberg (Betty) of Jerusalem, Ohio; his sister Sheila Martin (Ron) of Woodsfield, Ohio; his grandchildren, Seth Rosen, Justin Wilson, Justine Baker, Matrasa Kinzy (Tyler), Brittany Van Meenen (David), Sydnee Hartley, Owen Baker, Gage Modra and Jessica Hartley; his great grandchildren, Karson, Kroy, Kohyn Kinzy, Brantley Van Meenen and Karmen Baker; and his brother-in-law Jan Haley (Virgie) of Woodsfield, Ohio.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid, private graveside services will be held at the Rousenberg Family Cemetery near Jerusalem, Ohio with Harry Summers officiating.
