He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou O'Hara (Gallaher); his children, Robert O'Hara (Tessa O'Neal) of St. Clairsville, OH, Bernard O'Hara, Jr. of Warwood, WV and Amanda Jo Gallaher (Michael Lowe) of Moundsville, WV; his grandchildren, Troy, Kolby O'Hara, Nathan, Gage, Sarah O'Hara, Seth, Austin Lucas, Georden, Jayce, Dreyton, Zayven, Gericah, Gernee, Genesis and Gemma Gallaher; his great grandchildren, Kannan Brautigham and Evelyn Lucas; his siblings, Melissa Friend (Thomas), William O'Hara and Stacey Metz (Jeff); and his brother-in-law Charles Gallaher (Danny Boy).
