He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Harner and Virginia Harner (Meek); his brother Roger; and his sister-in-law Alice Harner. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Harner (Betty); and his children, Deb Kyle (Bob) of Ashland, Brian Harner (Teresa) of Corrales, NM and Amy Claprood.
