He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivor Blair and Gertrude Blair. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Douglas Blair of Jeromesville, OH, Sandra Rush (Craig) of San Francisco, CA and Donald Blair (Nadine) of Big Sky, MT; and his grandchildren, Ryan Blair, Sarah Moes (Geoff), Kristin Shipman (Nate), Kayleigh Blair, Alex Blair, Andrew Rush and Brian Rush.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice at Laurel Lake Retirement Center or The Chapel in Akron.
