He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Mills (Lisa) of Jacksonville, FL, Nina Orem (Bill) of Wooster, Glenn Mills (Gaye) of Celina and Rita Gasser (Donald) of Shreve; and his sister Phyllis Knoebel (Paul) of Clinton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
