He is survived by: his wife Shirley Flickinger Dague of Jeromesville; his daughters, Tracy Farrell (Tom) of North Carolina and Leah McRoy (Tom) of Lancaster; his granddaughter Haylee Dague of Columbus; and his siblings, Jim Dague of Ashland and Ruth Ann Jolliff (Bill) of Jeromesville.
