He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Frank and Florence Myers Frank; his brothers, Ross, Ralph, Stanley and James Frank; and his close friend Jack Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Swinehart Frank; his children, Debra Sue Robinson of Mifflin and Douglas Dean Frank (Missy) of Jeromesville; his grandchildren, Kristina Folks, Monica Gray (Travis), Holly Blizzard (Derek), Kara Ferron (Brandon), Tiffany McClure (Dustin), Sara Frank and Dylan Widdowson; his great grandchildren, Aiden Gwin, Kenzie Blizzard, Mason Gray, Adalynn Gray, Zachary Ferron, Rebekah Ferron, Daxon McClure and Karmyn McClure; his sisters, Nancy Emmons of Ashland, Elsie Vaughan of Loudonville and Janet North (Howard) of Ashland; his sister-in-law LeAnn Frank of Ashland; and his close friend Tim Dilgard.
