He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Francis Zehner Lewis; his wife Cindy Lewis; his daughter Stacie Rae Lewis; and his granddaughter Brooke Lewis.
He is survived by: his sons, Rob Lewis (Jamie) of Florida, Jason Lewis (Bridget) of Apple Valley, Jeremy Lewis (Lorrie) of Columbus, Ryan Lewis of New Jersey, Bryan Lewis of Lexington, KY and Joe Lewis (Heather) of Jeromesville; his sister Carol Spaid (Jay) of South Lebanon; and his pet Caesar. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
