He was predeceased by: his father-in-law William Stafford. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn E. Stafford; his children, Sarah Shepherd (Jim), Scott Frank (Lindsey) and Hayesville; his grandchildren, Mackenzie (Jon), Carlee, Hayden Young, Dawson Frank and Hayesville; his great grandchildren, Elliott and Dominic; his mother-in-law Maxine Stafford; his sisters-in-law, Bev Bouscher (Jim), W. Lafayette and Pam Crawford (Gary) of Mansfield, OH; and his brother Neil Frank (Karla). He is also survived by 1 niece and 3 nephews and numerous cousins on his mother.
