She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Rader and Mary Kleilein Rader; her former husband Homer L. Rogers; her husband Gary Balliett; and her daughters, Debra Rogers and Denise Lynn Utz.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Rogers of Mansfield and Michael Rogers (Michele) of Chester, VA; and her brother Calvin Rader of Arizona. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
