She was predeceased by: her parents, Reno "Scotty" and Lucille "Lou" Dematteis (Chiurco). She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Slater (Jeff); her children, Hanna (Stephanie) and Taylor Slater; her granddaughter Madison; her sister Joni Hite (DeMatteis); her parents-in-law, John and Elizabeth Ann Slater (Bone); her nephew Thomas Hite; and her cousin Timmy Mastroine (Fran).
