He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Armstrong and Margaret Conley of Strongsville. He is survived by: his wife Debra Armstrong (Deb); his sons, Charles (Delia) and Christopher (Barbara) of Arizona; and his stepchildren, Anjanette King of Idaho, Jared King (Alana) of Arizona, Jason King (Katie) of California and Nathan King (Emily) of Utah. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Chuck's name to the church.
