He is survived by: his wife Linda Fulmer of Jeromesville; his children, Michelle Wison (Chuck) of Minerva, Christine Murphy of Port St, Melinda Price (Jeff) of Orlando, Florida, Brian Fulmer (Susie) of Cincinnati, Randy Marshall (Shannon) of Gadsen and David Marshall (Annette) of Dover; his grandchildren, Nikki, Brandon, Andrew, Tristan, Gregory, Malorie, Annie, Brad, Ricky, Whitney, Chelsea, Austin and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Kallie, Marissa, Kaylyn, Landrey, Grady, Jenna and Bayley; his siblings, Birdie Zimmerman of Tiffin and Milton Fulmer of Galion; and his pets, Bella and Cindy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Edward Catholic Church or to Ashland County Cancer Association.
