She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Dingus and Alberta Dingus; her son Donald Phillips Jr.; and her brother Lawrence Dingus. She is survived by: her husband Richard Harper of Jeromesville; her children, Tonda McGuire (James) of Jeromesville, Scott Phillips (Jill) of Ashland and Robert Phillips of Hayesville; and her siblings, Geraldine Bauckman of Ashland, Evelyn Counts (Roger) of Mt. Gilead and Leonard Dingus of Butler. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
