He is survived by: his wife Debra Lou Douglas (Penn); his children, Jeremiah Douglas (Alicia), Joshua Douglas (Mandy) and Misty Payton; his grandchildren, Austin, Audrie, Logan, Samantha, Nicole, Kelsy and Gracelyn; his great grandchild Paislee; his brothers, Tom Douglas (Diana) and David Douglas; and his sister-in-law Tanis Douglas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
