He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Earl Sr. and Helen Louise Strickle Loyd; and his close friend Jerry Wolfe. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Baughn Loyd; his son Richard Earl Loyd III; his stepchildren, Marianne Guzman, Jesse Hall (Felicia) and Patricia Sciacca; his siblings, Mark Loyd, Wes Loyd, Sam Loyd and Teresa Raypole; and his brother-in-law Randy Baughn (Becky). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
