She is survived by: her son Patrick'Rick'; her daughters-in-law, Lynn Lewis and Jackie Lewis; her grandchildren, Chris Lewis (Kristen), Holly Lewis and Lily Lewis; her great grandchildren, Ivy, Sky (Lex) and Ethan (Amanda); her great great grandchildren, Hadleigh, Kohen, Asher, Grayson and Maag; and her sisters, Lana Smart and Phyllis Austin.
