She was predeceased by: her mother Annalee Sears (Cummings); her husband Dale Evans; her brother Ronnie Sears; her father Boots Sears; her friends, Richard "Dick" and Ruthie Thornberry; and also Susan.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Mayer (Larry), Deanna Evans, Roberta Evans (Jason Alexander) and Scott Evans (Kristen Helsel); her grandchildren, Kathy Krol (Mike), Chris Mayer (Dana), Dale Mayer, Matthew Evans, Paisley Evans, Emma Alexander, Balen and Frankie Helsel; her great grandchildren, Tobin, Hudson Krol and Brooks Mayer; her brother Douglas Sears (Debby); and her brother-in-law Gary Evans (Ginny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
