She was predeceased by: her parents, Leman Shafer and Patricia Wilkins (Holzer). She is survived by: her husband David Perrill; her children, Kassi Robinette, Meghan Robinette (Travis Horn), Kenneth Perrill and Caleb Boysel (Sierra Coe); her grandchildren, Kaiden Rummer, Karssie Mae Robinette, Camdyn McKnight, Jase McKnight, Gracelyn Horn, Braelyn Boysel and Kaizlee Michelle Neukirchner; and her siblings, Cindy Jones, Tom Shafer, Lee Shafer and Tammy Everhart. She is also survived by extended family and her many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the James Cancer Hospital in her memory.
