She was predeceased by: her brother Terry Everhart; and her grandparents, Sue Johnston and Wayne Mills. She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Blake and Dava Blake of Jeffersonville; her husband Mike Day of Jeffersonville; her children, Landin Day, Jeramiah Michael, Zayden Michael, Tyler Canturbury, Kali Day and Nevaeh Day; her brother Brian Blake (Maria); her grandparents, Patricia Mills of Hillsboro, Kenneth Blake (Linda) of Mansfield and David Kinsey; her stepmothers, Michelle Leach and Deana Mays of Jeffersonville; her father-in-law Billy Day of Jeffersonville; and her cousins, Kenneth Blake, Haley Allgood and Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
