He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Smith and Louvenia Smith (Stephenson); and his sister Louvenia Sackett. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Judith Piatt (Robert), Michael Smith (Nancy), Jodi Shaw (Rob), Shelly Lamers (Lance) and Shawn Smith (Melinda); and his siblings, Helen Roskos, Francis Brown, Carol Coats, Maxine Vogal, Gary Smith, Jim Smith and Kenneth Smith. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
