He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeffrey Douglas and Leann Marie Cooper; his nephew Josiah Brian Will; his grandparents, Lyon "Doc" Cooper, Robert William McNeil and Margaret Ann McNeil; his sister Courtney Will (Brian); his niece Quinn Will; and his grandmother Ruth "Norine" Cooper. He was also cherished by many extended family members- aunts, uncles, and cousins.
