He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucine Prater and Elsie Williams Prater; his sister Cindy Prater Davis; and his niece Tiffany Young. He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Hines (Danny) and Patty Young (David Porter) of Jeffersonville; his nieces and nephews, Brittany Fannin (Steve), Kasey Stolzenburg (David), Nikki Riley (Bryan), Amber Young, Robbie Davis and Mercedes Hayslip (Johnny); his close friends, Diane Ringer and Lila Lawell; and his pet Buster.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
